"Something magical has taken place - nature left to her own devices has, in her own way, miraculously healed the scars left by gravel extraction and left a wonderland of lakes, ponds, wetlands and grasslands bursting with biodiversity. It's a blooming marvellous place! It's already of national importance, and heading for international recognition for its wetlands".
